Tyson Fury was attacked by rival Braun Strowman while training at the WWE Performance Centre as he continued to prepare for his first match.

Fury is due to face the ‘Monster Among Men’ at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia next week.

And the former heavyweight boxing champ was working out in Florida on Tuesday ahead of his in-ring debut.

Fury was continuing his training, locking up with trainers, running the ropes and working on his attacks.

But his efforts were abruptly ended when, unannounced, he was attacked by 6ft 8in Strowman, who had clambered into the ring unbeknown to Fury.

It is the second time the pair have got physical – after a first showdown on Raw two weeks ago – and Strowman’s actions left Fury on the mat, holding his right ankle.

However, The Gypsy King insisted he will be good to go when the pair face off in Saudi Arabia on October 31.

“I don’t need no medicals, I’ll be alright,” Fury declared as he attempted to put weight on his ankle.

Watching on, Strowman hit back: “You’re in my world, now.”

Fury is due to fight a long-awaited rematch with American heavyweight Deontay Wilder in February as he makes a return to boxing,

And he has admitted that his venture into WWE has left promoter Frank Warren livid.

“He said to me, ‘I think this is a really bad idea, you could get injured. Braun Strowman is a massive guy. What happens if the cut reopens? What happens if you get injured shoulders or legs or whatever?’

“I said, ‘What happens if I go out the front door and get run over by a bus in the morning?’”
